Atlus USA has made it official. Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, an enhanced port of the strategy RPG that appeared on the DS, will be available in North America. Recently, we looked at some of the features that make the Japanese version of Overclocked enhanced. They will all be making the transition into English.

2010 was a busy year and it saw the release of a bunch of great games. Staff and regular freelance contributors at Gameroni had the opportunity to play a wide variety of titles over the past 12 months and together we've compiled a list of 21 of our favorite games from the period. These are the ones that had the biggest impact on us, not necessarily the industry as a whole. We're sharing that list with you now, one title per day over a period of three weeks. Though there's only a loose order to this list, in general you can know that we liked games more as we work toward the number one selection.

The most recent issue of Offical PlayStation Magazine stated that the first three games in the Metal Gear Solid series are being reworked for the PlayStation 3 as HD versions. Any concrete news about this probably will be a ways in the future, as there currently is no announced release window.

Namco Bandai announced today that Knights Contract has gone gold. This is bound to leave a few gamers wondering why they should care, since it doesn't seem like the game is getting a lot of press just yet. I recall hearing about it a grand total of one times before today and that one time didn't leave much of an impression. I decided to do a bit of research just now, though, and I came away thinking to myself that the game looks sort of totally awesome. Sort of.
