Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution slated for Xbox release

Xbox console owners are also invited to the party!

Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will arrive on Xbox platforms later this year, publisher Idea Factory announced today in a press release. The title was previously confirmed for Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.

According to the press release, Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will launch both physically (as a standard edition) and digitally on Xbox Series X|S in 2024. There is no store page quite yet for the digital edition, and the release date doesn't seem to be firm just yet.

Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will reach Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on May 11, 2024. As is typical for games in the franchise, it was developed by Compile Heart and Idea Factory. The series has traditionally favored PlayStation and Nintendo platforms, as well as PC, but Xbox has missed out on a lot even though one of the characters in that world is an apparent Xbox mascot (If you play the games, you know the one).
