Nintendo of America announced today that the Expansion Pass for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is now available. Content that expands will arrive in three waves, and the pass gives access to them all for one price.
To mark the occasion, Nintendo prepared a video trailer, which you will find embedded immediately below.
The breakdown of the three waves is as follows:
Wave 1: Obtain prototype weapons for the four heroes, modelled after Heroes’ Relics from the Fire Emblem: Three Houses game. This content is available now.
Wave 2: This winter, enlist the aid of powerful gods Aurora, Smyrnos and Jurah in battle during the story’s final act. The ability to wear new alternate outfits will also be included.
Wave 3: New story content featuring four familiar warriors fighting in the Heroic Games – Bertrand, Talimun, Orchel and Anatolia – will be available, along with new allies, classes and more in 2027. Additional details will be revealed in the future.
In Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, players guide the four heroes on interwoven journeys from past to present. They'll recruit allies and work to defeat the demon god Balor, but the going won't be easy. I gather it's a pretty terrific game, even without the DLC.
As of today, the Expansion Pass is available for $34.99 USD, and grants immediate access to the first wave. Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is playable exclusively on the Nintendo Switch 2.
