Side Mission 011: The Kakuna Master

People don't think much of the Kakuna's strength, but they do have a huge fan in a girl named Montee. She's eager for a chance to prove they have the right stuff, and you're the one to give it to her.

Look for Montee south of Restaurant Le Wow, northeast of Prism Tower. She's standing by a tree. When you talk to her, she challenges you to a battle.

Defeat the requester in a Pokemon battle.

When you do battle with Montee the Grade-Schooler, you'll first go up against Kakuna, then Kakuna, and then Kakuna. Finally, she finishes up with Beedrill.

Kakuna and Beedrill use electric moves, but they're at low enough levels that you probably won't have to worry unless you tackle the mission the minute it becomes available. In that case, bring along a few potions or something that can withstand the shock damage. Ranged attacks are a good idea, in that case.

Understandably, Montee is sad when you defeat her team. A scene follows and you receive your reward as the mission concludes: 700 Poke Dollars, Silver Powder, and Net Ball x5.
