Side Mission 008: Get Well, Fennekin
A Pokemon Trainer named Branche is concerned about her Fennekin, which is looking quite sickly. You'll need to bring about a positive change to complete the side mission.
Speak to the herbalist at Cafe Classe on Vernal Avenue.
Start by meeting with Branche so you can get a look at the depress Fennekin. Then head for Cafe Classe. Vernal Avenue is the main street running vertically through Lumiose City. The cafe is a short distance northeast from the Vernal Pokemon Center.

When you arrive at the cafe, you find the Old Man sitting at an outdoor table. Talk to him and he will admit to being the herbalist. He says you need to find a Revitalizing Twig.
Search for a Revitalizing Twig in Wild Zone 5.
Next, travel to Wild Zone 5. It's not far from your current location, or you can fast travel.

The twig you're looking for is located near the southeast portion of the wild zone. You have to follow a roundabout route to get there, however. Make your way to the northwest side of the area, where there is a pile of purple slime near the top of some stairs.
Past the slime, descend the stairs and follow the waterway as it leads east. Descend a ladder to the lower level and head through a tunnel to your right. You arrive at a grassy area patrolled by an Alpha Pokemon. Check the grass near a corner to find a twig, but not the right one. Continue checking points of interest throughout this grassy area to check additional twigs. After several attempts, you should finally discover the Revitalizing Twig. It was the fifth twig I checked.
Take the twig back to Branche and the Fennekin. Hand it over to receive your reward: 1,200 Poke Dollars, Exp. Candy XS x3, and Exp. Candy S. You also add the newly healthy Fennekin to your roster, which is the best reward of all.
