Side Mission 023: Underneath the Holovator

There's a Holovator that's not working the way it should and, while you're no technician, you might just be able to fix it.

Head to the southern part of the map, just north of the western edge of Wild Zone 1. There, talk to Terra. She points out the nearby Holovator, which is broken. There's an obvious reason for that: the mound of dirt in front of it.

Chase away the Pokemon that dug itself a home in front of the Holovator.

Terra suggests that you might chase away the Pokemon that has produced the mound of dirt, which is a great idea.

Approach and investigate the mound of dirt, then select I'll chase it away. A Pokemon battle follows. You go up against a Diggersby. It is at level 28, so you'll want to have a Pokemon at a similar level or higher. The Diggersby is fairly tough, but it can't take more than a few hits with strong fire attacks. If the fight lasts too long, be ready to use some potions to keep your Pokemon in good shape. However, that's unlikely to prove necessary.

When you defeat the Diggersby, the mission concludes. The Holovator is repaired, allowing you convenient access to more rooftops, plus you receive 1,500 Poke Dollars, Soft Sand, and Revive.
