Side Mission 002: A Use for an Evolution Stone!

This particular side mission isn't optional. It is one of three missions you must complete for Emma while working through Main Mission 05: The City in the Shadow of Prism Tower.

Right near the Rouge Pokemon Center, you will find Tracie standing along a covered walkway known as the Passage du Palais. She wants to learn about evolving Pokemon using a Thunder Stone, which means she needs to obtain a Pokemon of the lightning type. A Pikachu would be just about perfect.

Fortunately, you can find Pikachu wandering in Wild Zone 3. It hangs out in a fenced area along one side, wandering through fancy shrubs. Visit that spot and capture one.

Bring your captured Pikachu back to Tracie (assuming you didn't already get one earlier that you can just hand over immediately). When you give your patron the Pikachu, a scene follows. As your reward, Tracie gives you a Heracross Pokemon. You also receive 800 Poke Dollars, Poke Ball x5, and Potion x3.
