Ticien thinks your success is something of a fluke, and he has a plan to put you in your place.
You can find Ticien waiting near the edge of an outdoor battle arena in Wild Zone 6. Talk to him to hear his boast. Talk to him again for a Pokemon battle.
Ticien the Owner sends out Swablu and Meditite. Both of them carry Oran Berries. They can take a little more damage that way, but they're also only at level 22. If you have strong enough Pokemon, they won't pose a threat at all.
When you win, you receive 900 Poke Dollars, Oran Berry x10, and Exp. Candy XS x2.
