Side Mission 004: A Break Time Battle

When you head to the place where this mission takes place, west of Wild Zone 3 a short distance, you find Sommi the Worker standing near a wall. He is currently on break. That doesn't work for you, because you need him to repair the nearby Holovator so you can reach the nearby rooftops.

Unfortunately, it turns out Sommi will only fix the Holovator if you battle him. If you're ready, go ahead and accept the challenge.

Sommi brings out Pidgey, Budew, and Emolga. They are at levels 8, 8, and 10. You should be able to defeat them without difficulty if you attack with a reasonably strong Pokemon, such as Tepig. By now, you probably have a few options that are at a higher level than your rival's critters, even if you haven't been stopping to grind levels. Potions can take care of your critters if their HP drops too low.

When you defeat Sommi, you receive 1,200 Poke Dollars, Exp. Candy S x3, and Fresh Water. He also repairs the Holovator, as promised. Make sure to use it to explore the rooftops, where you can find Vivillon and a few other Pokemon.
